I have a pic of the same sign but it's affixed to a cedar tree in Stanley Park.. on the way to Third Beach. I remember when that Ontario gal (Gwen ..something or other) tested the law by walking around town topless! It tested in the courts and she won. At the time, her angle was if guys can do it, why can't I?? Guess BC Is a bit slow on the take !! LOL
